defines the EMPRESS: face, hair, skin, full costume and accessories, exact match. Ignore background, pose, expression and lighting. Bare eyes, no eyewear.
defines her ONE spear: shape and materials, not background. Her RIGHT hand retains it throughout, point clear of everyone; her LEFT commands water.
defines KIRDO: face, hair and full outfit, exact match. Ignore background, pose and lighting. Bare eyes, no eyewear. His hands stay empty.
defines the LOCATION: stone quay, sea-edge bollards, awning stalls, warehouse wall, roof hoists and hazy afternoon light. Preserve geometry, materials and width, not the reference camera or empty condition. ADDED: captain, raiders, water construct and fish.

Live-action multishot, eight beats, motivated hard cuts, real time; no slow motion or speed ramps. The water thief takes the army, then the captain's weapon.

GEOGRAPHY AND CAMERA
NEAR END and FAR END are opposite quay ends; SEA and STALLS border its long sides. The pair stand shoulder-width apart in the clear paving, Kirdo on her warehouse side and half a step farther toward FAR END. Their feet, hips and chests face FAR END; their marks stay fixed. Several hundred raiders form an elongated ring fitted to the existing quay, leaving a central pocket two spear-lengths across. Rows face inward. FAR ranks occupy the half beyond the pair toward FAR END; NEAR ranks occupy the other half. All are within reach, outside that pocket.
The CAPTAIN stands alone on an existing roof-hoist platform about fifty metres farther toward FAR END, outside the ring. One thick upright timber stands beside his shoulder. His feet and chest initially face the pair. He holds ONE iron axe with a wooden haft in his right hand from the outset.
The water JAR forms in the sea beside the ring's midpoint, its base joined to the sea at that fixed spot. Its rim reaches the warehouse eaves; the thief rises above the roofs. His arms reach across the quay and both ring halves; architecture and people retain their scale.
Cameras stay on the SEA side of the quay's long axis, looking inland or obliquely along it: FAR END and captain screen-RIGHT, NEAR END screen-LEFT. Vary height and distance, never sides. Jar seaward, warehouses inland. Captain close views: near-end/seaward three-quarter camera, timbers and sky behind him. Empress close views: far-end/seaward three-quarter camera, near-end awnings behind her. Lenses stay offset from eyelines. Nobody addresses or looks into the camera.

CAST AND WATER
Captain: weathered, heavy, grey braided beard, bronze vest, stained linen. Raiders: varied faces, patched leather, helmets, shields and swords; none resemble the references.
ONE WATER THIEF, entirely moving transparent turquoise seawater. Lean street-acrobat silhouette: wrapped headcloth and trailing tail, open vest shape, wiry arms, broad sash, all water. Simple stern brow, closed mouth; Body acting only. Exactly two arms, silent. Lower body remains a continuous liquid column INSIDE the jar; the waist bends and twists above this fixed anchor. Right arm toward FAR, left toward NEAR. Fold to evade, coil to strike, recoil into the next move; no pose resets.
Her visible left-hand lift summons the construct, flowing into one outward wrist command that starts his connected combat sequence. Same seawater throughout jar, torso and arms: refraction, currents, bubbles, heavy runoff. No ceramic, ice or glowing energy.
Contact transforms raiders: water encloses body, armour drops, fish emerges. Show individually once. In sweeps, thick moving water hides transformation; its departing edge reveals armour and fish. Ordinary spray only wets surfaces. The pair and captain never transform.
Each sweeping hand fans across its assigned half from sea-edge to stall-side ranks, its inner edge curving around the clear central pocket. First FAR, then NEAR; no thick attacking water crosses the pair.

0-3s — THE TOLL
Shield rims clash in the foreground, the pair already inside the tightening ring. A low sea-flank slide reveals the pair through the shields, captain elevated screen-right. Stop outside the ring.
Cut to the captain's near-end/seaward three-quarter medium close view. He points his already-held axe toward the pair below screen-left and demands of the Empress, rough and clipped: {My dock. Pay up.} Axe stays held.

3-6s — SOMEONE ELSE'S BILL
Cut to the Empress's far-end/seaward three-quarter waist-up. Body and gaze toward captain screen-right. One mouth corner lifts as she replies lightly: {Put it on his tab.} On the last words her LEFT palm turns upward and rises from waist to chest beside the still spear hand, then the wrist opens outward.
Cut on the upward motion to adjacent seawater from the sea flank. A thick sheet rises, its bottom joined to the sea, its top coiling into an open jar rim. Continue its rise.

6-9s — THE THIEF ANSWERS
A low oblique sea-flank wide includes rim and quay edge. The SAME rising current forms shoulders and arms; his RIGHT hand braces on the rim, waist inside. A nearest raider lunges from the sea-edge paving. The thief folds his torso sideways; his right hand slides from rim to paving edge into the sword's reach. The blade passes through that hand. He turns the wrist inward and water from it folds around THIS attacker.
Low sea-edge insert: water hides the body; empty armour drops; one fish flops out. Armour hits; right arm withdraws.

9-14s — TAKE THE FAR HALF
Cut on that clang to a low sea-flank medium-wide. Continue the withdrawal: right elbow draws toward his sash, shoulders and waist coil; LEFT hand braces on the rim. Without pausing, the right arm unfolds through FAR ranks at waist height, broad liquid hand leading.
Preparation, travel, contact in ONE shot. A short lateral track follows toward screen-right; foreground shields and deeper ranks enter the water sequentially. The hand covers the far half's occupied width, curving clear of the central pocket. Behind its passing edge, empty armour tumbles and fish flop. FAR ranks cleared; right arm extended, torso still turning. NEAR ranks remain human, recoiling.

14-19s — RECOIL INTO THE SECOND STRIKE
Cut to a higher oblique SEA-flank wide, preserving the extended right arm and cleared far half. He brakes the turn, retracting the right arm; the counter-turn brings his left shoulder forward. LEFT hand leaves the rim and sweeps NEAR ranks toward screen-left. RIGHT hand settles on the rim as support. Sequential, not mirrored attacks.
The left hand crosses the near half, fills the low foreground, then curls back toward the jar. A gentle tilt up follows the draining water to reveal the untouched pair, both halves now covered in armour and fish, and the captain alone beyond the cleared FAR half at screen-right. His axe arm starts drawing back. Left hand returns empty.

19-23s — STEAL THE WEAPON
Cut to the captain from his established three-quarter side. He turns his torso toward the WATER THIEF beside the quay, raises the axe behind his shoulder and throws AT THE THIEF. Show release from his right hand and follow-through toward screen-left.
Cut to a lateral sea-flank view, tower at right, thief at left. The same axe crosses the visible gap right-to-left toward the thief's upper body. He turns his chest and eyes toward the captain; his returning LEFT palm rises into the flight path, right hand still on the rim. The blade enters the palm's deep liquid mass. Water bulges and sprays as the axe slows; left fingers then close around the wooden haft. Axe stopped in left hand; captain empty-handed.

23-27s — RETURN TO SENDER
Sea-flank wide: thief left, open distance middle, tower right. From the catch position he folds the SAME left elbow back, then snaps the arm forward. Left fingers visibly release the axe. A restrained pan follows its left-to-right travel with the tower ahead. Same iron axe, unchanged size.
Cut just before impact to the captain's established three-quarter medium, including his face, empty hands and the timber beside his shoulder. The axe embeds in that timber, visibly clear of his body. Wood splits AFTER contact. Water carried on the axe splashes him. He flinches, then locks his jaw, eyes on the thief off-screen left. Axe remains embedded, captain alive.

27-30s — DINNER
Carry the timber crack across the cut into a fish's wet slap at Kirdo's feet. Low oblique SEA-side two-shot: fish and armour foreground, pair on their original marks, awnings inland. Kirdo looks down at the fish, then turns his head toward the Empress, earnestly polite: {Dinner, Your Majesty?} She turns her head toward him with a small private smile: {You're cooking.} Bodies remain oriented along the quay; mouths readable three-quarter to the lens. At the seaward edge of the composition, the thief's empty left hand settles on the rim. Hold their reaction; fish move.

CONTINUITY AND AUDIO
Three featured humans, one water thief. Cuts inherit poses, wetness, surviving people, armour and liquid shapes. Jar and pair stay fixed; spear right-handed; Kirdo empty-handed. Axe chain: captain's right hand, flight, thief's left hand, return flight, timber. Fish and armour persist.
Preserve hazy warm afternoon light and world-space shadows. Real skin, worn cloth, heavy metal and turbulent water. Decisive thief; restrained human reactions.
Only the four quoted English lines, in order, one voice at a time. Thief silent, crowd nonverbal. Physical sound only: shields, surf, rising water, blade through water, armour impacts, sequential rushing sweeps, fish slaps, axe whirr, muffled catch and splitting timber. Lower effects under dialogue. NO MUSIC OF ANY KIND: no score, underscore, source music, singing or musical transition hits. No narration, subtitles, on-screen text, logos or watermark.
Cameras stay on the sea flank. Cuts connect causes, limbs or reactions. No camera passes through bodies, water, roofs or weapons; no cross-axis orbit, mirrored geography or dissolves. Real time throughout.
